Job Description Job Summary: • Supplier management engineer for Bosch Semiconductor Products OSAT supplier • Responsible for internal/external SO issues coordination and driving • Problem solving with OSAT supplier Job Responsibilities: • Development of Q-concepts for existing products as well as for tech. changes and new developments • Implementation of developed or optimized quality concepts, coordinating with specialized depart-ments and reviewing their effectiveness • Coordination of complex analysis of failure parts for internal and/or external quality issues (e.g., pro-duction line issues, 0km failures, field failures, IQC failures) • Participation in the development of suitable measures for quality improvement and continuous moni-toring of their introduction • Transfer of results within the SO as part of Lessons Learned • Active participation in the further development of the QM system • Organization & execution of customer visits and audits at OSAT or SiFo locations with QMM-C-CN, representing Bosch SO’s interests in quality aspects • Independent management of communication and collaboration with globally operating suppliers in the IPN to actively promote quality improvements • Tracking of corrective actions of internal and external audits using go to Gemba • Participation in technical line visits as representative of ME/QMM-X-SO • Assuming responsibility for coordinating the warranty process in collaboration with both external and internal partners, compiling quality-related data from which quality improvement concepts can be derived • Support in external customer communication and on-site reporting in case of necessity Qualifications • university degree in technical subjects, or other university degree + 5years work experience in technical field • several years of experience in supplier quality management or SC manufacturing • experience in quality field, exp. in supplier management, exp. in customer communication, exp. In SC production • workable english
