Your role Key responsibilities in your new role • Design and layout structures for Frame technologies (electrical test and lithography (Cadence)) • Elaborate and implement automated design rule check • Be a key coordinator and expert for PCM (Process Control Monitor) content definition, layouting, and documentation • Manage kerf technologies and readiness for tape outs and show ability to handle shifting priorities • Coordination with Integration, Lithography, Metrology, Manufacturing, and Project teams for all technologies currently running at the site, as well as cross-site technologies and transfer products • Rapid assessment and feedback with the Tape out Center and the Design and Layout group, minimizing the need for follow-up questions • Consolidate and complete feedback from the Kerf Managers to the Kerf developers regarding inquiries, reviews, and validation checks Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed As an Engineer Kerf Design and Layout, you are open to new ideas and receptive to other ways of thinking or working. Furthermore, you remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations and take decisions despite uncertain circumstances. Lastly, You know and respect the values of the company and follow agreed processes and corporate rules. • A university degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Material Sciences or comparable • 0-1 year of relevant experience in layout, technology development or process integration or comparable would be beneficial • Sound knowledge in semiconductor process technology and semiconductor physics • Knowledge of MOSFET HV technologies (Si and SiC) and Semiconductor Lithography and Photomask technology is an advantage • Collaborative and innovative thinker, thriving in international, multi-disciplinary teams • Good English communication skills besides German skills #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
