Logistics Quality Engineer_GS

Job Description • Responsible of planning and implementation of department’s quality policy. • Responsible for establishing, implementing and improving the department’s quality management system. • Establish and maintain FMEA of GS/OSD3-APAC12. • Establish and maintain LPC guideline and plan of GS/OSD3-APAC12. • Monitor and improve department Quality KPI. • Handle customer complaint analysis and improvement. • Coordinate internal / external quality system audit. • Push LSPs to carry out Risk & Quality management and LSP development project • Push LSPs to carry out CIP • Manage KPI target of LSPs and analysis and improve KPI failure • Provide Q training and support for official customer complaint • Prepare and report GS/OSD3 TMC Performance Report • Urgent Q topic follow up, e.g: 14Q introduction in TMC, quick investigation of damage Qualifications • Logistic Quality skill required • Supplier audit and management skill required • Project management skill required • Good communication and cooperation skill • Customer orientation mindset • Strategic mindset • Fluent English both on oral and written
