Job Description Job Summary: Secure a smooth production and high productivity through process improvement & equipments technical avability improvement in line。 通过对于制程改进和设备的改善，来确保顺利的生产工作和高效的生产力。 Process and equipment owner 制程和设备的责任人。 Job Responsibilities: • Line equipments maintenance and trouble shooting on production floor. 生产线设备维护与维修 • Line tool maintenance and management. 生产线上工具的保养和管理。 • Line process owner and trouble shooting. 生产线制程技术责任人与问题解决。 • Line programming preparation and trouble shooting. 生产线程序准备 与问题解决。 • Responsible for process FOR improvement 负责制程的不良率的改善。 • Responsible for process Utilization improvement 负责制程的生产效率的改善。 • Participate daily DLR meeting. 参加每日DLR会议。 • Close cooperation with production and related group colleague. 与生产及其他相关部门合作。 • Total productivity maintenance (TPM) experts of line, and responsible for effective TPM. 生产线全面生产维护的专家，并负责全面生产维护的有效执行。 • Weekly meeting with supervisor to review defined topics and tasks status. 每周和主管一起讨论定义的主题和工作的进展。 • Training and coaching service technician, regulary evaluation technician (process + equipment). 培训和教导Service技术员,以及定期考核技术员（制程 + 设备）。 • Training production operator (process + equipment). 培训生产线人员（制程 + 设备）。 • Responsible for spare parts and consumable management in production line. 负责生产线的备件和耗材的管理。 • EWAK, D-sample production support. 支持EWAK, D-sample。 • On call to support solve machine or process issue 需要电话待命来支持生产线的设备或制程问题的解决。 • Owner of Documentation，and regular update of documents (FMEA, PQP, TPM, WI, etc.) 负责生产线的文件，定期的文件更新(FMEA, PQP, TPM, WI, etc.)。 • Study and dig out potential CIP project and continue push project implementation. 挖掘发现CIP项目，并持续推进改善项目的落实。 • Other assignments of special tasks. 其他可能分配的特殊任务。 Qualifications • University, major in computer, mechanical or electrical.计算机，电子或机械类本科毕业 • Not less than 2 years experience in electronic or mechanical industries, as well experience with big data and I4.0 soultion.两年以上电子或机械制造业从业经验，以及大数据处理和I4.0解决方案的工作经验。 • Electrical and PLC experience.I4.0 soultion related experience.电气和PLC 方面的工作经验。I4.0解决方案的工作经验。 • Workable English 正常口语沟通
