Job Description: Key Responsibilities: • Firmware Development & Maintenance: Implement BIOS features (POST, ACPI, SMBIOS, PCIe, USB, memory initialization).Customize BIOS for specific platforms and maintain version control. • Debugging & Validation: Perform root-cause analysis of firmware issues. Support hardware bring-up and validation during pre-silicon and post-silicon phases. • Collaboration: Work closely with hardware architects, silicon design teams, and OS developers. Provide technical consultation to OEM/ODM partners. • System Support: Ensure compliance with industry standards (UEFI, ACPI).Optimize reliability, availability, and serviceability (RAS) features for servers Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. • 3+ years BIOS/firmware experience. • Proficiency in C. • Familiarity with UEFI frameworks (EDK2, AMI).Knowledge of x86 architectures, PCIe, memory subsystems. • Debugging tools and hardware validation experience. • Strong problem-solving, communication, and ability to work cross-functionally. • Experience with Windows on ARM BIOS, server RAS features, or embedded systems.
