[XC_AS] System Architect for ADAS / システムアーキテクト ADAS (システム開発)

Job Description • Defining and documenting the overall system architecture for ADAS features, including hardware and software components and communication interfaces • Collaborating with different engineering teams (software, hardware, testing, validation) to ensure seamless integration and implementation of the system architecture • Leading system design discussions and making architectural decisions based on technical feasibility, performance requirements, and cost constraints • Analyzing customer requirements and translating them into system-level specifications • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in ADAS technologies and incorporating them into the system architecture • Contributing to technical proposals and acquisitions for new ADAS projects • Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance • ADAS（先進運転支援システム）機能の全体的なシステムアーキテクチャの定義と文書化ハードウェア、ソフトウェアコンポーネント、通信インターフェースを含む • 異なるエンジニアリングチーム（ソフトウェア、ハードウェア、テスト、バリデーションなど）との連携システムアーキテクチャのシームレスな統合と実装を確実にするため • システム設計に関する議論の主導と、技術的実現可能性、性能要件、コスト制約に基づいたアーキテクチャ上の意思決定 • 顧客要件の分析と、それらをシステムレベルの仕様への落とし込み • ADAS技術における最新の進歩を常に把握し、それらをシステムアーキテクチャに組み込む • 新しいADASプロジェクトに関する技術提案や案件獲得への貢献 • 若手エンジニアの指導育成と、技術的な助言の提供 Qualifications • Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in system architecture design and development, preferably in the automotive industry • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts • Fluent in English and Japanese on business level Preferred: • Strong understanding of ADAS technologies, including sensor fusion, perception, planning, and control • Experience with automotive communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, etc.) • Proficiency in system modeling tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, Enterprise Architect, LemonTree, Git). 必須要件： • 電気工学、コンピューターサイエンス、または関連分野での修士号または博士号 • システムアーキテクチャの設計・開発における5年以上の経験自動車業界での経験があれば尚可 • 高い分析力と問題解決能力 • 自律的に業務を進める能力、およびチームの一員として協業する能力 • 優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル複雑な技術的概念を明確に説明できる能力 • ビジネスレベルの英語力と日本語力 歓迎要件： • ADAS技術に関する深い理解センサーフュージョン、知覚、プランニング、制御など • 車載通信プロトコル（CAN, Ethernetなど）の経験 • システムモデリングツール（例：MATLAB/Simulink, Enterprise Architect, LemonTree, Git）の使用経験
