Job Description: Key Responsibilities: • Project Lifecycle Management: Collaborate closely with the sales team on pre-sales support (technical consulting, solution pitching), and provide technical briefings to support business negotiations. Lead the entire project delivery process, including requirement scoping, planning, scheduling, and execution. Proactively identify risks and drive issues to efficient closure. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the core project driver, establishing close collaboration with Engineering, R&D, and QA teams. Ensure goal alignment, effective resource allocation, and timely decision-making to achieve project milestones and delivery objectives. • Client Engagement & Requirement Management: Serve as the primary technical liaison to customers, conducting regular client visits to understand business needs and pain points related to firmware and source code solutions. Translate customer feedback into actionable internal requirements, and lead delivery acceptance and customer satisfaction follow-up. • Data Governance & CRM Management: Lead project data governance by collecting, validating, and consolidating business data from customers. Ensure the accuracy of key project metrics, including progress, cost, and risk. Maintain CRM systems and leverage data insights to support project execution and business decisions. • Team Management & Organizational Enablement: Oversee daily team operations and performance management. Build a talent development framework and provide structured enablement in technical fundamentals, project management, and cross-cultural business communication. Drive the implementation of standardized project management practices and processes across the organization. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience with, or the ability to understand, firmware architecture and underlying source code logic is highly preferred. • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to independently lead customer visits, business discussions, and technical engagements in a professional environment. • Highly proactive with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proven ability to drive results in a complex matrix organization and build credibility with engineering leaders and teams. • Willing to travel domestically 2-3 times per month for short-term customer visits. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong decision-making and conflict-resolution skills. • 10+ years of project management experience in software, hardware, embedded systems, or source code-related industries, including at least 3 years of people management experience. Proficiency with Jira, CRM, or similar project management tools is required. Demonstrated success in customer engagement and cross-functional project delivery is highly preferred. 核心职责： • 项目全生命周期统筹：深度协同销售团队开展售前支撑（技术咨询、方案宣讲），输出技术简报支持商务谈判；牵头项目交付全流程，包括需求范围界定、计划制定、排期管理及执行落地，主动识别风险并推动问题高效闭环。 • 跨部门协作与推动：作为项目核心驱动者，与工程、研发及测试团队建立紧密协作机制，推动目标对齐、资源有效调配及关键决策落地，保障项目里程碑和交付目标顺利达成。 • 客户拜访与需求管理：担任客户主要技术对接窗口，定期拜访客户，深入了解固件及源代码相关业务需求与痛点。将客户反馈转化为内部可执行需求，并主导项目验收及客户满意度跟进。 • 数据治理与CRM管理：主导项目数据治理，对接客户获取、校验并归集业务数据，确保项目进度、成本、风险等关键指标的准确性。维护CRM系统，并通过数据分析为项目执行及业务决策提供支持。 • 团队管理与组织赋能：负责团队日常运营及绩效管理，搭建人才发展体系，通过底层技术认知、项目管理及跨文化商务沟通等体系化培训打造复合型团队，推动项目管理规范与流程标准化落地。 任职要求： • 本科及以上学历，计算机科学（CS）、软件工程或相关专业优先；具备底层固件架构及代码逻辑理解能力者优先。 • 具备优秀的英语听说读写能力，能够以英语作为工作语言，独立开展客户拜访、商务沟通及技术交流。 • 具备较强的主动性和推动力，善于在复杂矩阵式组织中协调资源、推动项目落地，并能凭借专业能力赢得工程团队及管理层的信任。 • 能够接受每月2-3次国内短期出差，具备较强的抗压能力、快速决策能力及冲突解决能力。 • 拥有10年以上软硬件、嵌入式系统或源代码相关行业项目管理经验，其中至少3年团队管理经验。熟练使用 Jira、CRM 等项目管理工具，具备跨部门协作、客户需求管理及项目成功交付经验者优先。 Additional Information: This position requires a successful background and reference checks and satisfactory proof of your right to work in: China Lattice recognizes that employees are its greatest asset and the driving force behind success in a highly competitive, global industry.
