You Are:You are a talented Data Engineer / Architect with a passion for designing and delivering modern data and analytics solutions. What You'll Be Doing: • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and deliver high-quality data products. • Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data solutions spanning ingestion, transformation, modeling, and reporting layers. • Develop and support scalable data pipelines using Fivetran, Snowflake, and dbt. • Design and implement robust dimensional and analytical data models that support trusted reporting and analytics. • Build, optimize, and maintain semantic models within Power BI to enable scalable self-service analytics. • Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, visualizations, and DAX measures that turn business requirements into actionable insights. • Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and performance across the analytics ecosystem. • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to establish best practices for data architecture and data management. • Troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines, warehouse performance, reporting models, and dashboard solutions. • Contribute to the evolution of Synopsys' modern data platform and analytics capabilities. What You'll Need: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline. • 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, BI Engineering, Data Architecture, or related fields. • Strong hands-on expertise with:SnowflakedbtFivetranPower BISQL (expert-level proficiency) • Strong experience with:Dimensional modelingSemantic modelingData warehouse architectureData modeling best practices • Experience designing and implementing end-to-end data solutions from source ingestion through dashboard delivery. • Proven experience building Power BI semantic models, writing DAX measures, and developing reports and dashboards. • Strong understanding of data quality, governance, scalability, and performance optimization. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
