Job Description Lead the Future of Intelligent Workflow Platforms Join Bosch Vietnam’s Global Product & Service organization to help shape next-generation workflow platforms used by 500,000+ users worldwide. Built on advanced Low-Code / No-Code technologies and evolving with AI and GenAI capabilities, our platform powers mission-critical enterprise workflows at global scale. We are looking for a Senior IT Product Manager who combines strong product leadership, technical expertise, operational excellence, and strategic execution mindset to drive platform transformation, modernization, and long-term product success. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, UX, Operations, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable, AI-driven enterprise solutions with high reliability, usability, and business impact. Main Responsibilities • Product Strategy & LeadershipDefine and drive product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for enterprise workflow platformsLead prioritization and investment decisions balancing business value, scalability, risk, and operational efficiencyDrive continuous improvement, innovation, and AI-native product transformation initiativesMonitor market trends, emerging technologies, and enterprise workflow best practices • Platform Modernization & Product DeliveryLead migration and modernization initiatives from legacy platforms to next-generation workflow solutionsCollaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable enterprise capabilitiesEnsure high-quality product delivery through Agile product management and execution practicesDrive operational excellence, standardization, and platform optimization • Service Management & Operational GovernanceEnsure service reliability, platform performance, SLA alignment, and operational stabilityImplement data-driven monitoring, analytics, and KPI tracking to support decision-makingSupport governance, security, compliance, and risk management activitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and change management • Technical & Stakeholder ManagementTranslate business needs into clear and scalable technical and product requirementsProvide leadership on software architecture, cloud technologies, workflow platforms, and AI-driven capabilitiesManage communication, alignment, and engagement across global business and technology stakeholdersCollaborate with strategic vendors and technology partners to ensure long-term product and service quality • Agile Leadership & Team EnablementPromote Agile mindset, collaboration, and iterative product delivery practicesEmpower cross-functional teams to deliver value, improve continuously, and operate effectivelyMentor teams and contribute to product management and operational best practices Qualifications Must-have: • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in technical product management, with a focus on complex systems and large-scale IT solutions. • Deep expertise in software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and no-code/low-code platforms. • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to varied audiences. • Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making tools. • Experience in vendor management and working with global teams. • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their potential applications in business settings. Nice-to-have: • Deep understanding of automation principles and ability to design efficient, automated workflows. • Knowledge of emerging technologies in no-code/low-code platforms, cloud computing. • Experience with agile development methodologies. • Familiarity with the latest industry trends and technologies. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • A proactive and creative problem-solving approach. • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
