Job Description • Manage the supply chain of non Finished Goods order fulfillment process from supplier to the production plant • Initiate and monitor procurement of raw material considering the actual demand and optimised transportation cost • Management of Finished Goods production planning and on-time delivery of Finished Goods from production plant • Monitor and balance production line capacity (e.g. levelling) with support of the related Value Stream • Ensure optimal stock level of respective non Finished Goods & Finished Goods inside the production plant • Manage logistics related tasks during Launch and Phase Out processes for all respective non Finished Goods & Finished Goods products in the plant • Manage exceptions for non Finished Goods & Finished Goods in the plant incl. escalation process (e.g., overstock, stock out, quality issues) • Execute bottleneck management and escalation process for production and non Finished Goods suppliers • Collaborate and communicate with respective in- and external stakeholders related to production & procurement management (status update, alignment) • Maintain Master Data in ERP and Planning System Qualifications • University degree (BSc,MSc) • Experience in relevant logistics field • Confident communication English skills • Excellent communication skills • Persuasive personality • Analitic thinking • System approach • Structured and independent working method • Problemsolving thinking • Helpfulness personality • Commitment • High stress tolerance • Persistent work Additional Information Get to know our #LikeABosch benefits We would like to help you GROW, so we offer you: • Financial security & recognition: We review and increase your competitive base salary annually, offer performance-, loyalty-, and referral bonus. • Trainings and professional development: We believe in a Life-Long Learning approach, so you can take advantage of several technical and soft skill trainings and language courses. • Career development: We have a wide range of programs to choose from, even if its leadership, expert or project development you are aiming for.
