Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met.Essential Responsibilities • Manages all aspects of a diverse IT project or multiple IT projects, typically involving multiple disciplines in the IT function. • Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met. • Typically uses Scrum/Agile development techniques and tools for team collaboration, issue tracking, and backlog management.Other Responsibilities • Leads project teams and coordinates activities across multiple IT disciplines. • Supports project execution through effective team collaboration and issue resolution. • Promotes Agile methodologies and best practices to achieve project objectives.Required Qualifications • Experience managing diverse IT projects involving multiple disciplines within the IT function. • Knowledge of Scrum/Agile development techniques and tools. • Demonstrated ability to direct staff and resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met.Preferred Qualifications • Experience utilizing Agile tools for team collaboration, issue tracking, and backlog management. • Strong leadership skills and experience working across cross-functional IT teams. Expected Salary Range $124,000.00 - $208,000.00 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
