What You’ll Be Doing: • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Silicon IP projects globally, from initial planning through successful completion. • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and customers, representing the product line internally and externally. • Provide regular project status updates and collaborate with R&D teams to define roadmaps, new developments, and enhancements. • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestones using industry-standard tools. • Monitor execution, analyze project performance, and ensure delivery meets quality, schedule, and customer expectations. • Drive cross-team collaboration, resolve conflicts, and remove blockers to keep programs on track. • Enable effective communication across global teams, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. • Mentor team members and promote best practices in execution, collaboration, and delivery excellence. What You’ll Need: • Degree in Engineering or Applied Science (or equivalent). • ~7–12 years of relevant experience in semiconductor, Silicon IP, SoC, or related engineering environments. • Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating complex, cross-functional technical projects or programs. • Strong experience managing customer expectations and communications. • Background in Mixed-Signal IP, SoC, ASIC, or semiconductor development environments. • Solid understanding of project/program management methodologies and tools. • Experience working with quality management systems and delivery processes. • Familiarity working in Linux-based environments and engineering workflows.
