Context
The PhD work will be done at InBio, a joint research team between Inria and Institut Pasteur. The main long-term goal of the team is to develop a comprehensive methodological framework supporting the development of a quantitative understanding of cellular processes.
Assignment
The PhD student will be in charge of conducting research. He or she will design and execute experiments and theoretical work, analyze data, and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals.
Main activities
The main activities will be to develop self-selecting secretion screens for therapeutic protein production. This will include yeast engineering, engineering development on an experimental platform, and system characterization and improvement.

An unfavourable Ministerial decision in respect of a position situated in a ZRR would result in the cancellation of the appointment.
