Telemarketer – Budapest (HU)

Are you customer-oriented, communicative, and fluent in Hungarian? Do you enjoy helping customers and working in an international environment? Then we are looking for you! What will you be doing? As a Telemarketer for the Hungarian market in our Budapest office, you will be the voice of UNIS Group and play an important role in supporting our growth. Your responsibilities will include: • Outbound calling: contacting potential industrial customers in Hungary to present our products and services. • Needs analysis: actively listening to customers to understand their needs and identify commercial opportunities. • Appointment scheduling: arranging appointments for our sales team with qualified prospects. • CRM management: accurately recording call results and customer information in our CRM system. • Market and customer research: identifying and qualifying new target groups and decision-makers within relevant sectors in the Hungarian market. What are we looking for? • You are fluent in Hungarian and have a good command of English • Experience or strong interest in industrial/production-related environments (an advantage) • Technical interest • Strong communication and social skills as well as a team-oriented, customer-focused approach to work • Self-motivation, flexibility and sales drive • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
