Job Responsibilities： • Design best line configuration for products, leading line configuration for yearly CT target achievement. • Leading line balance activity (high runner change, machine parameter optimization in daily production) through AI solutions. • Focus on high performance line stable output, by timely visualizing performance loss through AI solutions. • Work loading analysis and standard HC reduction for direct productivity improvement. • Standardized work (PQI and Stab) and continuous improvement. • QCO time reduction and standard documentation. • BP and 1A routing related work. • HC and OT planning. • Attandance management. • Digital transformation project for data visualization, process simplification and efficiency improvement. Authority： 1. KPI management and improvement: MAE Productivity, Direct Productivity. 2. Digital solution (PBI, I4.0, Python, AI Agent…) 3. Project Management 3.
