Your main objective will be to manage incidents, analyze reported cases, provide first-line technical support, and perform the corresponding follow-up until resolution or escalation. 🔧What will your day-to-day look like? • Manage incidents and requests using ticketing tools. • Provide first-line technical support to professional users. • Analyze incidents related to hardware, software, and applications. • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and other support channels. • Use remote access tools to diagnose and resolve incidents. • Apply troubleshooting and root cause analysis procedures. • Register, document, and track tickets until resolution or escalation. • Follow established support procedures and processes. • Collaborate with other departments and international teams. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the knowledge base and internal documentation. 👤What are we looking for? We are looking for someone with experience in IT technical support, accustomed to managing tickets and performing troubleshooting, who also has an interest or affinity for the automotive industry and wants to grow in an international environment.
