MEMS Characterization and Validation Engineer

YOUR ROLE You will join the MEMS Characterization and Module Validation Teams; in this role you will be in charge of: • Characterization and debug of innovative MEMS sensors • Testing methodology and setup definition using laboratory instruments including specific MEMS equipment • Data analysis focusing on early detection of technical problems • Investigation and deep analysis in case of unexpected test result interacting with Design, Application, and Quality teams. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES • Master’s degree in electronic engineering recommended • LabVIEW programming tool knowledge • Experienced on measurement instruments and methodology for IC/MEMS, R&R and metrology knowledge • Statistical data analysis and reporting skills • Curiosity and attitude to treat unexpected test results, problem solving. The expected salary range for this position is € 38,000 – €45,000 gross annual salary (RAL), plus variable pay relevant for the role. In accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks. Placement within the range will depend on the candidate’s profile and demonstrated competencies. The final offer will be made in compliance with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), where relevant, and our internal compensation policies.
