Senior HW End of Line Engineer

Job Description Job Description • Preparation & Release of End of Line Test Documents for both Engine Control Unit & non-ECU Development /Series Products • Ensure to fulfil requirements from Project team/Customer • Maintenance of Series Projects • Ensure On Time Delivery (Sample/Series) in line with Project Schedule • Perform End Of Line Test Method Development according to PS-EC Process • Preparation of Test Depth Analysis for Series EWAK Products • Adaptation of EoL documents for Component Change Request from Project Team • Support to all BOSCH Production Plant for smooth PAV Installation & Running • Co-ordinate with TSS team for ECR implementation • Lessons Learnt to be documented, recorded properly in RBEI tools & it must be shared to Team • Identify the risks foreseen & report it to TPM • Support for PAV Validation at COB-CCS • Support for EnLAB/ProLAB ECU rework (on PAV failures) • Follow RBEI Review Process • Proactive approach on Critical Issues (Query from Sample shop / Series Production Line) • On-Time Status Reporting to affected Stake Holders Qualifications • BE in Electrical, Electronics or in Automotive Engineering • 6 to 9 years of experience on HW electronics • Experience with Engine ECU Electronic Design, Power Electronics is preferred • Experience in working with Communication protocols(eg CAN,Ethernet,Flexray), Basic Electronics, Analog & mixed signal design • Good Soft Skills (Verbal/Written Communication), Analytical Skills • Initiative and responsible Team Player Qualifications BE Additional Information Greater than 5 yrs
