Welcome to Bosch. Job Description • Production planning to fulfill customers, review demand and make quick reaction for order fulfillment. Internal leading for manufacture capacity issue, material supply issue, mass production planning execution and products phase in and phase out. Enhance LPV capabilities to meet the planning requirements of various new projects. • Material planning, including cooperation with supplier, imported team and purchasing team to ensure material supply as production request. Monitor and improve supplier service level and other material handing issue, establish a warning mechanism to prevent emergency firefighting incidents. • Non-FG inventory and supply chain cost management, control as cost target request and drive potential improvement. • Customer demand fulfillment management, regularly reviewing customer cooperation and driving for order fulfillment rate improvement • Responsible for coordinating with GT/LOG and PT LOG-related tasks, interpreting and adhering to central standards while creatively planning the business advantages of the local team • Responsible for the short, medium, and long-term planning, operation, and management of KPIs and various work indicators, enabling the Hangzhou team to play an outstanding leading role in various aspects of GT operations • Deeply Involved in value stream CIP workshop and project from logistic point view. • To be the leader in BPS assessment or internal LOG projects. • Responsible for building the team's talent pool and reserving talent resources • Strong cooperation and coordination with the suppliers, PPU/PUR and internal stakeholders and region LOG. Qualifications • 1. Education & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or above • 2. Professional Experience • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, including at least 2 years in planning or similar logistics functions • At least 2 years of team leadership or project management experience • Proven experience in planning and customer care with a strong service-oriented mindset • Solid knowledge of planning methodologies and IT planning tools (e.g., SAP) • 3. Language & Communication Skills • Fluent in English (written, reading and speaking) • Excellent cross-border communication skills • Strong presentation skills using MS PowerPoint • 4. IT & System Competence • Good data processing capabilities, especially with SAP R/3 • Basic digital literacy • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) • 5.
