What You'll Do: You will operate at the intersection of: • Artificial Intelligence • RTL Design • Design Verification • Engineering Methodology • Infrastructure and Automation You'll identify inefficiencies that consume engineering time and eliminate them through innovation, automation, and AI-enabled workflows. You'll develop solutions that: • Accelerate RTL development and review • Simplify verification environment creation • Reduce debug turnaround time • Surface actionable insights from massive engineering datasets • Improve methodology adoption and consistency • Increase engineering productivity at organizational scale You will evaluate emerging technologies, experiment with bleeding-edge AI capabilities, and transform promising ideas into production-quality solutions used by teams across the company. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience. OR PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience. Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits: $148,300.00 - $222,500.00 The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
