What the Role Entails We are seeking a driven and culturally savvy Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market efforts for our flagship global gaming titles, with a primary focus on the MENA region. In this role, you will craft and execute data-informed marketing strategies that reflect regional market dynamics, local user behavior, cultural calendars, and product release milestones — all in service of growing brand equity, user engagement, and positive community sentiment, while hitting regional publishing targets.1. Regional Marketing & Campaign Execution Lead user insight gathering, selling-point articulation, and creative marketing planning for key global titles. Drive end-to-end campaign delivery aligned with version updates, local festivals, and brand marketing needs — managing timelines, asset preparation, resource coordination, and execution tracking to ensure on-time, on-brief completion. Collaborate with internal creative, product, and business development teams to align global brand strategy with local market execution. 2. KOL, Creator & Community Ecosystem KOL & Creator Sourcing: Identify, outreach, onboard, and maintain relationships with a diverse pool of regional KOLs, KOL vendors/agencies, and micro-creators across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch). Briefing & Quality Control: Develop clear, platform-native creative briefs for influencers and agencies; review content deliverables for brand alignment, quality, and compliance. Incentive & Growth Programs: Iterate on localized creator incentive frameworks (tiered rewards, affiliate programs, early-access perks) to boost content volume, quality, and conversion efficiency. Community Support & Management: Partner with community managers to nurture official and grassroots player communities across Discord, Reddit, WhatsApp, and regional social platforms. Ensure timely response loops, sentiment tracking, and escalation protocols are in place. Vendor Management: Own relationships with KOL agencies and influencer marketing platforms — negotiate contracts, track performance KPIs (CPM, CPV, engagement rate, conversion), and optimize spend across campaigns. 3. Local Events & Cross-Industry Partnerships Support regional event delivery (esports tournaments, fan meetups, launch parties, convention appearances) in coordination with global HQ and local partners. Identify and execute brand/IP crossover opportunities, connecting internal and external resources to ensure efficient cross-team collaboration and deal closure. 4. Market Intelligence & Localization Insights Maintain a continuous pulse on regional social media ecosystems (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat), emerging platform trends, player preferences, and competitor activity. Translate cultural and platform insights into actionable, compliance-aware creative recommendations for the broader marketing team. Proactively build understanding of MENA-specific cultural norms, religious sensitivities (e.g. Ramadan, Eid), content regulations, and platform policies. 5. Content Ecosystem & Scalable Production Explore lightweight, scalable content production models — including UGC campaigns, AI-assisted content tools, and template-driven workflows — to lower creative barriers for players and micro-creators. Repurpose and localize English-language assets for regional audiences; identify and amplify high-performing local KOC (Key Opinion Consumer) content to fuel regional growth. Who We Look For Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or above. 5+ years of experience in gaming marketing, global publishing, or related fields. Experience with global publishing or emerging markets (especially MENA) is a strong plus. Language English: Professional working proficiency — must be able to lead meetings, write briefs, and collaborate cross-culturally in English. Arabic: A significant advantage, but not required. Gaming Literacy Deep passion for the gaming industry. Must have hands-on experience with at least 3–6 major mobile, PC, or console titles. In-depth experience with GTA-like or open-world action titles is highly preferred.
