Job Description • Support our global Indirect tax team for defining global standards, process automation and process efficiencies within the global tax organization for indirect tax topics together with the tax governance user department • Assisting in the implementation of indirect tax solutions within S/4 HANA rollouts together with the tax technology department, global tax governance function and local tax functions • Assistance of global and local indirect tax requirements into standard including S/4 HANA templates solutions across process chains R2R (record to report), O2C (order to cash), S2P (source to pay) with Global tax governance function • Assistance in the implementation of national legal requirements in the area of indirect taxes like e-invoicing, SAF-T, e-reporting with tax experts & global shared services • Support in the maintenance of tax determination mapping in the usage of tax engine. • Support in preparation of discovery & scoping sessions as part of S/4 HANA country rollouts, and fit-gap analysis with available SAP solutions • Identifying gaps between existing business processes and standardized solutions in the S/4HANA template (fit-to-standard analysis) for indirect taxes • support in the development of trainings and training concept for key users • Support the business in tax evaluation and Go-live support and process adjustment/ improvement during the stabilization phase and final handover to the line organization • Support our global shared service center in Indirect tax questions • Challenge existing processes and actively use up to date technologies in the day to day work Qualifications • University degree/ Master Diploma in Business, Accounting, Controlling, Economics, Law or a similar domain • More than 5 years of experience in taxes, tax adviser certification is a plus • Broader process understanding (E2E process thinking); knowledge of SAP-SD/MM/FI related modules MM, SD • Fluent in English (spoken and written), any other language would be a plus; • Strong communication and presentation skills, straightforward, reliable; • Target oriented, well organized, willingness to take user perspective, ability and desire to understand processes in details • Passion for pioneering new approaches and interacting with people • Openness for driving change and using tax technology methods • Willingness to travel Additional Information Bosch’s culture of innovation and digital transformation offers you a fantastic platform to grow your skills and enhance your network.
