Role Overview As Business Operations Manager, you are part of the operational backbone of the company, ensuring everything runs smoothly so the team can focus and move fast. You streamline internal processes, keep projects and people aligned, and create structures that enable us to scale. You play a key role in business development, driving new revenue opportunities, and leading funding, grant, and strategic initiatives.
