We partner closely with our customers across a wide range of industries to maximize their R&D capability and productivity, powering innovation today that ignites the ingenuity of tomorrow.What You'll Be Doing • Manage the development and implementation process of internal engineering products and services involving cross-functional design teams. • Drive and direct engineering teams in strategic and tactical aspects which includes defining IP product roadmap in collaboration with R&D and Marketing • Identify needed resources to achieve timely deliverables; identifies and escalates issues • Drive problem resolution through fact-based judgment • Manage risk and change from conception to delivery • Define, promotes, implements and improves team and cross-functional engineering processes and practices • Take part in pre/post-sales support with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IP Program Management teamsThe Impact You Will Have • Manage one or multiple MSIP projects from concept to customer delivery. You are involved with the development of Mixed Signal PHY IP at all stages of the product life cycle. • Manage the development and implementation process of internal engineering products and services involving cross-functional design teams. • Drive and direct engineering teams in strategic and tactical aspects which includes defining IP product roadmap in collaboration with R&D and Marketing. • Identify needed resources to achieve timely deliverables; identifies and escalates issues • Drive problem resolution through fact-based judgment. • Manage risk and change from conception to delivery. • Define, promotes, implements and improves team and cross-functional engineering processes and practices. • Take part in pre/post-sales support with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IP Program Management teams.Who You Are • Degree in Engineering or Applied Science (or equivalent). • 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing and/or project management role. • Familiarity with Project Management and Planning tasks. • Familiarity with UNIX operating systems, Jira, MS Project and MS Excel. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Solid organizational skills. • Familiarity with the development process for ASIC designs.Rewards and BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive range of health, wellness, and financial benefits to cater to your needs.
