Customer Engineer of Project Lead - Automotive

Company: Qualcomm China Job Area: Engineering Group, Engineering Group > Software Applications Engineering General Summary: Job Overview Qualcomm Customer Engineering Group is looking for experienced lead to support Qualcomm IVI/ADAS/Flex customers. Work will include training/trouble shooting/debug/managing with Qualcomm Automotive customers to support their IVI/ADAS/Flex platform development, also needs to have good issue analysis skill to narrow down problem area and communication with internal Local/Global teams to report issues. The job covers a wide range of software stack with industry leading machine learning frameworks, runtimes, and tools. Software capabilities from compilation and execution workflows to monitoring, profiling, visualization, and debugging capabilities. The successful applicant should have a diverse skill set including a strong background in AI, platform knowledge, Camera basic, performance analysis and system architecture, understanding of accelerator architectures and a passion to drive world-class solutions. Minimum Qualifications - Understanding of ML Software stack and compiler concepts including graph processing and intermediate representation; - Hands on experience with LLVM IR or other IR formats, a plus Experience with ONNX or other NN model formats, a plus experience profiling and optimizing software for CPUs and/or GPU/ASIC/DSP/DDR applications. - Professional in Software knowledge as low level QNX/Linux Kernel Drivers, Device Tree (DTS), Driver Framework, modules as Booting/OTA, Stability and Performance tuning - Good understanding of hardware blocks – CPU/NOC, Ethernet, Camera AP, ISP, Serializer and De-Serializer bridge chipset, MIPI CSI and their SW architecture for porting and debugging - Development experience with C++, Python Experience developing software solutions which run in Linux environments including containers and virtual machines. - Strong English communication (written and verbal) and positive interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience with Qualcomm Platform is a big plus. - Technical Lead Project abilities - 10+ years AUTO related working experience Education Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 5+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience. OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience. • 3+ years of experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc. • 3+ years of experience with debugging techniques.
