Functional Lead of the Operations Team – Controlling Area (f/m)

Job Description • Functional lead of the Operations Team – International Direct Tax (f/m) • Functional leadership of the international tax operations team and ensuring the implementation of all operational processes in the area of transfer pricing and license management • Onboarding and further development of the Shared Service Centre in Vietnam, including the organization of knowledge transfer, process documentation, and capacity allocation • Close coordination with the End-to-End Transfer Price (TP)- and Licence - Management project team regarding the operational implementation of the further project rollouts • Contact person for the operational implementation of special topics within the scope of TP- and Licence- management (US Tariffs, Customer compensations,…) • Contact person for stakeholder inquiries (local- / regional Controlling, Divisional- / Business Unit - Controlling) regarding TP changes within the scope of the Transfer price Management Tool • Coordination of digitalization initiatives and the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) of operational processes Qualifications • University degree / Master Diploma in Business, Accounting, Controlling, Economics, or a similar domain • More than 3 years of experience in Tax, Controlling or Accounting • Broader process understanding (End-to-End process thinking) • Experience in (operational) Transfer price Management preferred • Fluent in English (spoken and written), any other language especially German would be a plus • Strong communication and presentation skills, straightforward, reliable • Target oriented, well organized, willingness to take user perspective, ability and desire to understand processes in detail • Passion for pioneering new approaches and interacting with people • Willingness to travel frequently Additional Information Work LikeABosch: • Employment Contract • Competitive salary + annual bonus • Hybrid work with flexible working hours • Referral Bonus Program • Copyright costs for IT employees Grow LikeABosch: • Complex environment of working, professional support and possibility to share knowledge and best practices • Ongoing development opportunities in a multinational environment • Broad access to professional trainings (incl. language courses), conferences and webinars Live LikeABosch: • Private medical care and life insurance • Cafeteria System with multiple benefits (incl.
