Job Description The Purchasing Organization @Bosch is responsible for the management of external suppliers for direct components. As a Supplier Quality Engineer for Mechanical produced/machined parts, your responsibilities will be: • Release new suppliers from Quality point of view. • Perform Quality Management System audits @Suppliers according VDA Standard. • Audit and release processes at suppliers. • Qualify and enable suppliers, select suppliers for Quality Programs. • Participate in supplier selection processes as Technical Specialist. • Offer technical/methodical support in claim management processes. • Offer support to Project Management Function according to Supplier Quality Management Process. Qualifications Entering the Purchasing@Bosch world, you will work in a very international and dynamic environment, therefore it will be very helpful to: • Have communication, collaboration and presentation skills. • Bring positive attitude and willingness to continuously learn and improve. • Be well organized, focused and meet deadlines. • Act proactive and support internal customers and projects to success. Further technical qualifications needed: • Mechanical background. • English language: B2 Level; German or other languages represent an advantage. • Experience in machining processes, CNC machining, measuring methods and measuring equipment. • Previous experience in Purchasing Quality functions can represent an advantage.
