Zero Point Motion 12 open roles

We are looking for someone entrepreneurial, technically minded and excited by the challenge of making a small deep-tech company operate with far more leverage than its size would suggest. Zero Point Motion is building semiconductor sensors

Zero Point Motion is building a new generation of inertial sensors using silicon photonics and MEMS. We are developing sensors that can measure motion with far greater sensitivity, lower drift, and better immunity to electrical noise than

This role exists to extract truth from real hardware fast. As an Experimental Physicist at Zero Point Motion, you will build new lab systems from scratch, run high-iteration experiments, and turn messy data into physical insight that infor

Zero Point Motion is rethinking how MEMS sensors are designed, simulated, tested, and scaled. This role is for a hands-on MEMS engineer who has already taken designs through multiple tape-outs, seen where simulation breaks down, and wants

Zero Point Motion is building a fundamentally new class of inertial sensors. This role exists to bridge inertial hardware and navigation software in the real world - not by masking hardware limitations with increasingly complex algorithms,

Before superintelligence, there must be super sensing. Zero Point Motion is building a fundamentally new inertial sensing platform. Despite the importance of inertial and semiconductor sensors to autonomy, robotics, and navigation, the fie

The Head of Foundry owns fabrication reality. This role exists to ensure that what we design can actually be fabricated at yield, at scale, and without surprises. The role As Head of Foundry, you are accountable for process truth. You ow

The Head of Engineering owns taking technology from one to scale, with primary ownership of photonic integrated circuits (PICs) and associated light sources and detectors. This role exists to turn proven concepts into a product that ships

At Zero Point Motion, we build photonic integrated circuits that are not just impressive - but production-ready at scale. This role exists to design, simulate, tape-out, and mature PICs (and associated lasers and photodetectors), closing t

At Zero Point Motion, the FPGA is not glue logic. It is a core part of the sensing system. This role exists to design, verify, and operate real-time digital systems that directly interact with physical reality: MEMS motion, photonic signa

This role exists to extract truth from real active photonic systems. As a Photonics Experimental & Fabrication Engineer, you will build experiments, run automated tests, and analyse large datasets to understand how PICs, lasers, detectors,

ZPM Launchpad Where graduates and early career engineers build the next silicon era Light. Motion. Perception. Every revolution in technology starts with a new way to feel the world. Transistors let silicon compute. Now, we’re teaching it
