We are recruiting a HRIS Lead to provide advanced Tier 2 support for our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) at Thales in Noida. You will resolve complex technical issues, ensure system performance, and collaborate with HR and payroll teams. Ideal candidates have significant Workday experience and strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
