Our dynamic and successful Business Unit dedicated to Micro & Nano Systems, based in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, is looking for a business-savvy, visionary and communicative Business Unit Leader. Your responsibilities Strategic • Define and deploy the strategy of the Business Unit in alignment with the company’s strategy • Proactively participate to the Executive Committee • Steer the relationship with local stakeholders (Canton NE, EPFL, Industry associations) • Define the research program and technology roadmap activities of the BU • Define the business development strategy and programs • Drive the business acquisition and ensure a good relationship with all internal and external partners • Set the BU Communication and Marketing activities in collaboration with the central Business Development and MARCOM team • Proactively support the internal collaboration with the other BU Leaders
