Job Description: This role will be responsible for supporting frontline engineers in delivering projects during the early stages of product maturity. Following project completion, the role will ensure that project-specific features are integrated into the core codebase. As the product matures, the role will transition to focusing on the development and enhancement of next-generation features. Key Responsibilities : 1. Core Feature Development and Maintenance • Develop, enhance, and maintain core features for MSG Liquid Cooling, Power Shelf, Rack Management, and CXL products. • Diagnose and resolve software/firmware defects to ensure product quality and reliability. • Participate in the design and implementation of next-generation product features. 2. Technical Support for Licensed Customers • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical clarification regarding product functionality and implementation. • Analyze customer-reported issues and provide recommendations or solutions. • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns efficiently. 3. NRE Customer Support and Defect Resolution • Reproduce, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve customer-reported defects. • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. • Verify fixes and ensure issues are properly addressed before release. 4. Core Platform Integration • Integrate project-specific features into the core codebase while maintaining product architecture consistency. • Improve code quality, reusability, and maintainability through continuous refactoring and optimization. • Contribute to software/firmware design reviews and technical documentation. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Engineering, or a related technical field. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • Proficiency in C and C++ programming languages is required. • Git version control is a plus. • Can understand schematic is a plus. • Experience with Linux-based development environments is a plus. • Experience in BMC is a strong plus. • Experience with Yocto Project development and customization is a plus. • Knowledge of Redfish technologies is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
