About the Role Support Furiosa's capital strategy and commercialization by developing innovative financing structures for customers, partners, and the company as it scales toward IPO and beyond. You will sit at the intersection of corporate finance and commercial strategy, helping structure the deals and capital solutions that enable FuriosaAI's technology to reach customers at scale, while supporting the fundraising and strategic initiatives that will define the company's next chapter. This role offers the opportunity to help build one of the world's leading AI semiconductor companies as it scales toward IPO and beyond. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to take on increasing leadership responsibility as the organization grows. Key Responsibilities • Support fundraising activities, including future private financings and IPO preparation • Develop and evaluate financing structures for AI infrastructure deployments, strategic partnerships, and customer engagements • Support development of financing strategies for sovereign AI, cloud, and enterprise infrastructure opportunities • Analyze capital structure alternatives, including debt, structured equity, project financing, and government-backed funding programs • Build financial models supporting strategic initiatives, investments, and commercial opportunities • Support M&A, strategic investments, and corporate development activities as needed • Prepare materials for management, Board, and investors Qualifications • 3–6 years in investment banking, structured finance, infrastructure finance, project finance, private equity, venture debt, or strategic finance • Strong financial modeling and transaction execution skills • Experience working with complex financing structures preferred • Interest in AI infrastructure, semiconductors, and deep technology • High intellectual curiosity regarding AI, semiconductors, and technology infrastructure is strongly preferred Why Join FuriosaAI The defining bottleneck of the AI era is building the right hardware and software stack to run it at global scale.
