Senior Engineer Reliability Product Testing

Evaluate lab process test results independently; develop and implement corrective actions for test or product deviations, and lead 8D analysis for product failures arising from lab handling. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role • Evaluate lab process test results independently; develop and implement corrective actions for test or product deviations, and lead 8D analysis for product failures arising from lab handling. • Independently coordinate lab test orders and set up test & stress conditions for qualification, monitoring and development investigations. Design and implement new testing concepts per customer and product requirements. • Perform preventive maintenance and repair of dedicated testers; take charge of equipment installation, calibration, ramp-up and buyoff, and act as the interface with equipment suppliers. • Interface and coordinate product test & reliability stress loading with external test houses, covering committed deadlines, stress test specifications and equipment utilization. • Own program release and buyoff for Discrete, Power Modules and SiMic products. • Deliver know-how transfer to operation staff for proper equipment handling, develop training materials and work instructions; support equipment and process adaptation to new requirements from product roadmaps. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Bachelor degree and above, major in electrical engineering • Approximately 3 ~5 years experience in the semiconductor industry,product testing experience is preferred • Lab testing experience: > 2 years • Responsible for min. 3 subfields in the lab for at least 2 year. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
