Analytical Engineering Technician

NXP is seeking a highly motivated Day Shift Analytical Engineering Lab Technician to join the Physical Analysis Labs team at our ATMC (Ed Bluestein) site. This team plays a critical role in ensuring manufacturing excellence by maintaining quality control over a diverse range of chemicals, monitoring contamination on wafers and in the ambient environment, and supporting failure analysis investigations to determine root causes. Key Responsibilities & Preferred Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline preferred, with a strong foundation in general chemistry • Prior experience in a chemistry laboratory environment required • Ability to work effectively in both wet lab and cleanroom environments • Hands-on experience with a wide range of analytical instrumentation and techniques • Familiarity with process control methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) is preferred • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions • Demonstrated ability to safely handle hazardous chemicals in a controlled environment • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Proven reliability and dependability in a critical operations role • Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and work independently with minimal supervision • Strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment at all times This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes while developing technical expertise in a collaborative and high-performance environment #LI-DNI
