IT Lead

IT Lead Overview We are looking for an IT Lead based in Granada, Spain. You will own and scale Quintauris' corporate IT and hosted infrastructure: identity and access management, Microsoft 365 and internal services, cloud and data-center environments, and the platforms our engineering teams rely on. You will keep them available and secure, monitoring, logging, backup and core security controls with the CIO and external CISO, and coordinate our external IT and data-center partners. Specific Skills • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure operations • Experience with identity and access management systems • Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and backup systems • Understanding of security fundamentals and risk-based security models • Experience coordinating external IT vendors • Ability to document processes and implement structured operational practices Responsible For • Corporate IT Operations: Manage and maintain corporate IT systems, including identity and access management, endpoints, collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365), and internal services. • Infrastructure & Hosting Management: Operate cloud and hosted environments (including infrastructure hosted at external data centers), ensuring availability, scalability, and performance. • Platform Operations: Support the runtime infrastructure of hosted platforms, ensuring secure access, monitoring, backup, and operational stability. • Identity & Access Governance: Implement and enforce access control policies, manage user lifecycle processes, and ensure secure authentication mechanisms (e.g., MFA). • Monitoring, Logging & Backup: Ensure appropriate system monitoring, centralized logging, and backup/recovery mechanisms for critical infrastructure. • Security Baseline Implementation: Implement and maintain core security controls aligned with the company’s risk-based security posture, in collaboration with the CIO and external CSIO. • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external IT service providers and data center partners, ensuring clear responsibility boundaries and service performance. • Continuous Improvement & Scalability: Identify opportunities to improve reliability, automation, and scalability of the IT landscape as the company grows. Additional Requirements Experience: Proven experience managing IT infrastructure in a technology-driven environment. Experience with cloud environments, identity management, and secure infrastructure operations is required. Exposure to hosted platforms or SaaS environments is advantageous. Job Nature Full Time Educational Requirements Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
