YOUR ROLE • We’re seeking an aggressive, high-curiosity Sales Specialist with business development mindset to drive revenue growth for Data-Center Server solutions. • This is not a transactional role. You must possess deep server architecture knowledge to challenge customer assumptions and sell value. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES • Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering or related field. • Experience working with Data-Center Infrastructure system knowledge, with deep understanding of block diagrams with ST solutions and components. • Proven track record of success in business development within the semiconductor industry, specifically in power products, with a minimum of 5-10 years experience of Sales or Marketing. Strong understanding of power management semiconductor ICs, Digital Controller, SPS, DC/DC converters, HVDC power architectures and technologies of Data-Center related. • Utilize resources to execute ST strategy for the broad line of ST solutions. Need to closely work with cross region organizations for the collaborated results. • Being able to generate opportunities and populate with power parts to address the entire application. Mainly to be the interface with ODM/CM/EMS direct customers for design-win transition, and gain share in the competitive market segment.
