HR and Office Administrator

Office & Facilities Management: Run daily Cairo operations, overseeing security, maintenance, procurement, and health and safety. Employee Lifecycle & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, from new starter contracts to final payroll coordination. HR Administration & SAP: Serve as first-line employee support, managing HR documentation, policy reviews, audits, and SAP HRIS data. Payroll & Benefits: Assist the Principal Specialist Lead with local benefits and monthly Egypt payroll processing. Events & Global Mobility: Plan corporate and social events, while coordinating DSOT, expat, and internal transfer processes.
