What You Will Do * • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers. • Receive, review, and process customer orders, RFQs, and requirements in line with contractual terms. • Handle customer requests, including order expediting, delivery updates, and cancellations. • Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. • Creation of credit and debit note requests for customer billing adjustments, corrections, or complaint resolution. • Handle AOG calls by coordinating urgent support to resolve aircraft-on-ground issues quickly. • Ensure timely and accurate communication of requirements to supply chain, shipping, engineering, and quality teams. • Manage customer shipping instructions and coordinate with logistics teams for timely order dispatch. • Generate Open Order Book reports based on customer requirements. • Facilitate and support Open Order Book discussions with customers. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. • Meet or exceed customer service KPIs and business goals. • Comply with EH&S standards and actively report hazards to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications You Must Have * • Bachelor's degree or 3 years of equivalent experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience in E1 ERP system • Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Experience in sales order processes and customer service inquiries. • Familiarity with EHS standards and commitment to workplace safety.
