About the Role Build Furiosa's financial planning and operating system as the company scales toward IPO and beyond. As a core member of FuriosaAI's Finance Team, you will own the processes, models, and frameworks that drive strategic decision-making across the organization — partnering directly with engineering, business, and executive leadership to translate business ambition into financial clarity. This role offers the opportunity to help build one of the world's leading AI semiconductor companies as it scales toward IPO and beyond. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to take on increasing leadership responsibility as the organization grows. Key Responsibilities • Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes • Develop operating and financial models supporting management decision-making • Build KPI frameworks, management dashboards, and Board reporting packages • Partner with engineering, product, commercial, and operations teams to support business planning • Analyze investment decisions, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives • Support fundraising, investor diligence, and IPO readiness activities Qualifications • 5–10 years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or business finance • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities • Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and investors • Experience building financial planning processes and operating models in a high-growth environment preferred • High intellectual curiosity regarding AI, semiconductors, and technology infrastructure is strongly preferred Why Join FuriosaAI The defining bottleneck of the AI era is building the right hardware and software stack to run it at global scale.
