About the Role • CTO 직속 포지션으로, 회사의 보안 수준을 체계적으로 정립하고, Zero Trust 원칙에 기반하여 전사 보안 인프라를 직접 설계하고 구현할 수 있는 전문가를 찾습니다. • 보안 정책 수립, 시스템 구성, 계정 관리, 접근 통제, 클라우드 보안, 침투 테스트에 이르기까지 보안 전반을 담당해 주실 분을 모십니다. Key Responsibilities • Zero Trust 기반 전사 보안 전략 및 정책 수립, 실행 • ID 및 접근 제어 체계 구축 및 운영 (SSO, IAM, RBAC 등) • SaaS 및 클라우드 인프라(AWS, GCP 등)의 보안 아키텍처 설계 및 구성 • 사내 시스템 및 서비스의 보안 취약점 진단 및 개선 • 개발 및 인프라 팀과의 협업을 통한 보안 내재화 (코드 리뷰, CI/CD 보안 등) • 침해 대응 체계 및 모니터링 환경 구성, 운영 Minimum Qualifications • 컴퓨터 공학 또는 IT 관련 분야 학사 이상 학위 보유자 • 보안 인프라, DevOps, IT Infra 등 유관 분야에서 3년 이상 실무 경험 • Linux, Network, Cloud(AWS/GCP) 환경에서의 보안 설계 및 운영 경험 • 보안 취약점 분석 및 대응, 개선 경험 • Zero Trust 보안 모델에 대한 이해와 실무 적용 경험 Why Join FuriosaAI The defining bottleneck of the AI era is building the right hardware and software stack to run it at global scale.
