Responsibilities and Qualifications YOUR ROLE • Management of the Concur System: Oversee the entry and management of expense reports through the Concur system, ensuring the process is efficient and compliant with company policies. • Use of IT Tools: Demonstrate familiarity with various IT tools to optimize daily operations and enhance process efficiency. • Creation of Queries for Reporting: Develop and implement queries to extract meaningful data and generate reports useful for analysis and strategic decision-making. • Management of External Vendors and Internal Groups: Coordinate and manage external and internal stakeholder i.e. vendors and internal groups for project execution, ensuring objectives are met within the planned time and budget. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Qualification : Bachelors/Masters in IT/Computer Science; Certification in Concur Experience : 6-10 years 1- Proficiency in Concur System: Deep understanding of the Concur platform, including its features, functionalities, and best practices for expense management. Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions to users. 2- Strong IT Skills: Expertise in using various IT tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Capability to adapt to new technologies and integrate them into existing systems. 3- Data Extraction and Reporting: Skilled in using reporting tools to extract valuable data insights; Knowledge/Experience of ‘Power BI’ would be a PLUS Experience in creating detailed reports that facilitate informed decision-making. 4- Vendor Management and Project Coordination: Proven track record in managing vendor relationships and coordinating projects successfully.
