1. Logistics Support for Customer Visits Responsible for arranging meeting room reservations, airport transfers, and daily transportation coordination for customers visiting the headquarters, ensuring all logistical needs are met. 2. Customer Visitor Applications and Reception Assist with the customer visitor application process, provide visitor guidance, and perform reception duties to ensure a positive visitor experience. 3. Onsite Support Handle restaurant reservations and menu coordination, set up meeting rooms, prepare refreshments, welcome guests, deliver lunch boxes, and manage post-meeting clean-up to ensure smooth event operations. 4.
