SoC Architect for Scale-Up and Scale-Out

About the Job We are seeking a SoC system architect with deep expertise in scale-up and scale-out architecture for server- and rack-level data center systems, viewed from a SoC and silicon design perspective. This role focuses on defining how SoCs participate in large-scale systems, including server and rack-scale architectures, and translating data center-level requirements into SoC, chiplet, and IO architecture decisions. The successful candidate will work at the intersection of silicon, system architecture and data center infrastructure, shaping next-generation platforms for AI workloads.
