岗位职责：
1、负责RISC-V架构CPU IP的性能建模工作，对IPC、取指带宽、访存延迟、频率、功耗等核心性能指标进行量化分析与评估；
2、运用SystemC、Gem5等主流建模工具进行时钟精确级仿真与验证，为不同架构方案的可行性提供数据支撑；
3、基于建模结果，为硬件架构的优化与迭代提供关键数据支持与决策建议；
4、持续学习并掌握前沿建模方法与工具，推动建模流程的改进与自动化，提升团队整体效率；
5、参与CPU架构前期设计与分析，协助完成性能目标论证与架构验证；
6、撰写高质量的技术文档，包括建模报告、性能分析总结与架构优化建议。
