Our dynamic and successful Business Unit dedicated to Medical Technologies, based in Bern, Switzerland, is looking for a Group Leader Medical AI Solutions & IoMT. Your Mission As an accomplished manager with expertise in leading projects and teams across IoMT, cloud computing and GenAI, software and algorithm development, you excel in environments that drive innovation in the wearable and medical device sectors. In close partnership with the Business Unit Leader Medtech, the other Group Leaders of the Business Unit and business stakeholders, you oversee the definition of the technological roadmap of your Group with a particular focus on medical GenAI applications that leverage CSEM wearable solutions. You lead and manage the Group’s operations, set and monitor the budget and ensure the smooth running of all projects. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire and lead research and industrial initiatives focused on digital health solution linked to AI, cloud SW, IoMT and medical devices.
