1、一线技术支持与数据分析： 负责Sophnet云算力平台客户日常咨询与问题处理，协助完成日志排查与报错初步定位；定期统计、分类问题数据，识别高频痛点与系统隐患，推动研发高效解决。 2、知识库沉淀与文档迭代： 将散落的客诉转化为结构化资产，负责网站用户技术文档的梳理、补充与优化（如高频报错排查指南、API适配文档等），提升客户自助服务能力。 3、AI自动化支持探索与落地： 梳理规则明确、高频重复的支持场景，利用大模型能力及现有工具平台，参与设计并实际动手开发“客户支持Skill”、AI工作流或智能问答助手，推动客户支持流程的自动化与智能化。 4、需求管理与协同支撑： 协助完成客户需求的收集、结构化梳理与优先级评估，跟进需求落地闭环；完成团队交办的日常运营及项目协同工作。
