As an MTS you’ll work in a dynamic, high-growth, collaboration-heavy environment, directly with our founders and customers. Those customers include some of the world’s biggest and highest-impact semiconductor designers and fabs. Everyone has the same title: Member of Technical Staff. Focus areas: Member of Technical Staff — Analog IC Design and verify analog and mixed-signal circuits, supervise layout, and determine what design insights to build into our next-gen AI Designers. Member of Technical Staff — Forward Deployed Silicon Work with our customers’ design teams. Bring our AI Designers into their work. Help solve their problems, sometimes by doing the design yourself. Bring what you learn back to the product. Member of Technical Staff — AI for Silicon Build AI agents that design chips, and the silicon EDA they run on: LLM agents, evaluations, placement, routing, extraction and physical verification for analog, RF and custom circuits.
