Job Description: Responsibilities: • Support BMC firmware integration, validation, and debugging for server platform development. • Participate in platform bring-up and feature verification activities. • Execute firmware and hardware validation test plans and analyze test results. • Assist in troubleshooting system, firmware, and hardware issues. • Support BIOS/BMC feature verification and functionality testing. • Collaborate with ODM partners, vendors, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues. • Maintain validation reports, test records, and engineering documentation. • Track issues and verify corrective actions throughout development phases. • Assist customer issue investigation and product qualification activities. • Develop basic automation scripts and tools to improve validation efficiency. Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. • 0-3 years of experience in firmware development, validation, system integration, or related engineering fields. • Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems and command-line environments. • Familiarity with C++ programming and shell scripting. • Understanding of computer architecture, embedded systems, or server platforms is a plus. • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills. • Good communication and teamwork abilities. • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced engineering environment.
