12+ years’ experience in ATE Testing of power products ( Power stages, Power modules, Point of Loads, Power sequencer, etc.) Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role • 12+ years’ experience in ATE Testing of power products ( Power stages, Power modules, Point of Loads, Power sequencer, etc.) • Strong Analog/Mixed/Power products test knowledge • Experience in defining test strategy for new products • Ensure DFT/DFM standards for new products • New products Test development experience from Design to release Production • Proven records with Test cost reduction techniques • Strong leader with Technical back ground • Experience in ATE Char/Qual Programs development • Well experienced in Test Hardware/Software qualification and release process • Good Work Experience in ETS800 tester platform. • Familiar in Programming languages ( C, C++ , Java, Python, etc.) Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Test Content development in ETS800/ 93K power tester • Test HW design & development • Qual/ATE Char program/HW development • New silicon test bring up/debug • Mentoring/Leading test engineering team on power products • Leading new products test development Contact: VidhiAshok.Thakkar@infineon.com #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
