Forward Deployed Engineer (Seoul, South Korea)

Position Overview MangoBoost ​builds ​full ​stack AI ​infrastructure, including LLMBoost, our ​platform ​for large ​scale LLM inference ​and optimization. ​We ​are looking ​for ​a ​Forward Deployed Engineer ​to ​be the technical ​partner ​our ​customers rely on, ​embedding with ​their ​teams to ​get them ​onto ​our platform, integrated, ​optimized, and ​expanding. You will sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and go to market, translating customer needs into working deployments and customer reality back into our roadmap. Responsibilities & Opportunities • Partner with customers on technical discovery and proofs of concept, mapping their workloads to the right deployment on our platform • Scope and stand up customer deployments, covering model selection, throughput and latency targets, GPU sizing, and cost • Build demos, reference integrations, and benchmark comparisons that show our price and performance • Lead enterprise technical onboarding, then hand off cleanly to Customer Support and Customer Success • Support RFPs and security questionnaires with the right technical depth • Act as the direct line from the field to Product, turning what you learn on site into features and priorities  Required Qualifications • 3+ years in a customer facing engineering role such as forward deployed, solutions, or field engineering for cloud, ML infrastructure, or a developer platform • Hands on experience with LLM inference, including serving frameworks, throughput and latency tuning, and GPU sizing • Able to write integration code in Python and explain cost and performance trade offs to both engineers and executives • Strong communication and customer presence • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications • You have worked hands on with GPU servers and inference serving stacks • You have helped sell or deploy a consumption based infrastructure product • You can go deep on inference serving APIs, vLLM or SGLang, or LLMBoost class serving • Comfortable working across Korean and English with domestic and global customers About us MangoBoost, Inc.
